Earlier, I was invited by my friend to attend this food tasting activity in Grand View Events Place, Makati. It was actually my first time to do it and I really had fun. Why would I say no for free food? 🙂 In return, I had to rate how the food tastes and how they presented it well to look good.
I’m not very hard to please when it comes to food. I’m not so picky either. However, I was tasked to give my verdict and be a little critical about it to the extent that I have to clean my taste buds from time to time with water to make sure I’ll give the right score for every food I tasted.
After the food tasting, we decided to continue this ”foodtrip kind of day” by checking the 12th Food Expo 2014 at the World Trade Center. Luckily, there was also an on-going Trendsetter’s Bazaar on the other side of the venue. And since we were still a little bloated, we opted to check out the bazaar first.
The Trendsetter’s Bazaar offers various products, mostly from online sellers, and were priced cheaper than its original prices online. They will conduct the same event on 17-19 October 2014 at the World Trade Center and on 12-14 December 2014 at the Metro Tent Convention Center.
We headed to the 12th Food Expo 2014 afterwards to check on possible good finds and other business opportunities. That was the whole idea, for food business opportunities. But what I enjoyed the most was the free tastes haha! More than anything else, that was the point! At least for me. 🙂
